Package includes semi private area in the Formal Tea Room for 2 hours, iced & hot tea, and elegant three-tiered trays for up to 12 or 16 guests. Tables are beautifully set with white linens, silverware, plates, teacups, teapots, and three-tiered trays.
Menu: elegant three-tiered tray with tea sandwiches, savories, fresh fruit, scones with lemon curd, and other assorted desserts. Served with hot and iced teas. *menu may slightly change seasonally.
A starter of tomato basil soup or garden salad with raspberry vinaigrette is available to add to your event for $36 for 12 or $48 for 16 guests.

Policies
Simple decorations are welcome to personalize event (for example: small floral arrangements, party favors, name place cards, small balloon bouquets). However, these decorations must not be tapped, tied, or hung on fixtures, furniture, or walls. Large decorations including balloon arches or photo-ops are strictly prohibited. There is very limited space and time to setup decor this large.
Oftentimes, Inspirations has back to back events booked. Therefore, client will not be guaranteed anymore then 10-15 minutes in room prior to the official start of the event.
Guest counts cannot exceed seating area booked.
No outside food or drink are allowed except for specialty cakes or cookies which are the responsibility of the client to serve to guests.
Cancellation policy: 1/2 of the deposit is NON-refundable. The other 1/2 is refundable if event is cancelled 3 weeks prior to event date.
The final bill must be paid with one credit card or check unless you make arrangements at time of booking.
Tables and other furniture may not be moved or altered. Tables and chairs are set and positioned to properly accommodate you and your guests.
Client agrees to pay damages to the premises contracted by the client for the special event.
Inspirations will not assume any responsibility for loss of any property of the client, client’s guests, before or after the special event contracted by client.
