May 10th & 11th MOTHER’S DAY WEEKEND HIGH TEA EVENT:

Celebrate all the mothers in your life by bringing them to tea at Inspirations! Enjoy three tiered trays with petite savories, sandwiches, scones, desserts, & fine teas. Our annual Mother’s Day Tea Party is one of our biggest events of the entire year and reservations book fast, so please call as soon as possible to reserve your table!

Reservations available to book late afternoon Friday, May 10th and throughout the day on Saturday, May 11th.

Adults $44 | Children $38 (under 12 years old) tax & gratuity additional.

*Please call 405-715-2525 to make reservation.  Deposit of 1/2 down required to book. Deposit is non-refundable inside of 7 days of the event. Gluten free ($5 up-charge), vegetarian, and nut free options available upon request at time of reservation booking.

FORMAL TEA ROOM

FORMAL TEA ROOM PARTY PACKAGE for up to 12 or 16 guests

Available Saturdays from 11am-1pm. Reservation and deposit required.

• $275 up to 12 guests (plus tax and 18% gratuity)

• $365 up to 16 guests (plus tax and 18% gratuity)

Package includes semi private area in the Formal Tea Room for 2 hours, iced & hot tea, and elegant three-tiered trays for up to 12 or 16 guests. Tables are beautifully set with white linens, silverware, plates, teacups, teapots, and three-tiered trays.

Menu: elegant three-tiered tray with tea sandwiches, savories, fresh fruit, scones with lemon curd, and other assorted desserts. Served with hot and iced teas. *menu may slightly change seasonally.

A starter of tomato basil soup or garden salad with raspberry vinaigrette is available to add to your event for $36 for 12 or $48 for 16 guests.

FORMAL TEA ROOM PARTY PACKAGE for up to 30 guests

Available Saturdays from 2:00pm-4:00pm. Reservation and deposit required.

• $675 up to 30 guests (plus tax and 18% gratuity)

Package includes private area in the Formal Tea Room for 2 hours, iced & hot tea, and elegant three-tiered trays for up to 30 guests. Tables are beautifully set with white linens, silverware, plates, teacups, teapots, and three-tiered trays.

Menu: elegant three-tiered tray with tea sandwiches, savories, fresh fruit, scones with lemon curd, and other assorted desserts. Served with hot and iced teas. *menu may slightly change seasonally.

Policies

  • Guest counts must be finalized the day before the event.

  • No outside food or drink are allowed except for specialty cakes or cookies which are the responsibility of the client to serve to guests.

  • Cancellation policy: 1/2 of the deposit is NON-refundable. The other 1/2 is refundable if event is cancelled 3 weeks prior to event date.

  • The final bill must be paid with one credit card or check unless you make arrangements at time of booking.

  • Tables and other furniture may not be moved or altered. Tables and chairs are set and positioned to properly accommodate you and your guests.

  • Oftentimes, Inspirations has back to back events booked. Therefore, client will not be guaranteed anymore then 10-15 minutes in room prior to the official start of the event.

  • Simple decorations are welcome to personalize event. However, these decorations must not be tapped, tied, or hung on fixtures, furniture, or walls.

  • Client agrees to pay damages to the premises contracted by the client for the special event.

  • Inspirations will not assume any responsibility for loss of any property of the client, client’s guests, before or after the special event contracted by client.
